Affordable Green Energy and Refurbished Wind Turbines

JUCCAS Wind constructs onshore wind farms and possible add-on of energy storage in Ireland. We want to build solutions to reduce climate change primarily by installing completely refurbished wind turbines to provide affordable green energy with a low carbon footprint.

The Development and Cooperation with Vestas

JUCCAS Wind develops the projects in a unique cooperation with Vestas which provides the pre-owned wind turbines and the complete refurbishment and installation hereof on site as well as 14 years’ service and availability.

Irish and Danish Experience with Onshore Wind Developments

JUCCAS Wind was established in 2015 by the founders, Barry Doyle and Christine Jansby, to combine Irish and Danish competences with onshore wind developments.

Barry Doyle, an Irish mechanical engineer, provides 14 years of extensive experience with more than 125 cases of sourcing of pre-owned wind turbines to be successfully refurbished and utilized in other locations such as Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.

Christine Jansby, a Danish solicitor specialized in energy law and finance and former partner of one of the largest Danish law firms, provides more than 25 years of legal expertise as well as international experience with the development of onshore wind farms including models for community developments in Denmark, Germany and Ireland.
